Fundo Vale was mentioned in an article on the Capital Reset website about the business model used by Belterra, a business set up three years ago with support from Fundo Vale. Belterra is one of several impact businesses working toward Vale’s 2030 Forest Goal, which includes restoring 100,000 hectares of habitat by 2030. According to the article, the company has so far raised R$45 million and implemented agroforestry systems across 2,000 hectares of small and medium-sized degraded rural properties in the Amazon Rainforest and Atlantic Forest biomes.
