On May 17, Fundo Vale took part in a roundtable discussion on sustainability at the second edition of the Farming Show, held by Algar Farming in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais. Fundo Vale was represented by Bia Marchiori. During the debate, the guests shared their experiences, challenges and prospects regarding their projects in the sphere of sustainability and ESG.
Algar Farming is working with Fundo Vale on the preservation component of Vale’s 2030 Forest Goal, through a REDD+ project under way at the Pacajá Ranch in Pará. During the Farming Show, Fundo Vale was also present in an exhibition space called Casa Pacajá, which presented institutional videos and showcased products belonging to the No Carbon brand, created by Caaporã, one of the businesses with positive social and environmental impacts supported by Fundo Vale as part of the habitat restoration component of Vale’s 2030 Forest Goal.
